Hello! My name is Kathryn and I'm a licensed  veterinary technician who has fallen in love with emergency medicine. I have had the privilege of working in an emergency hospital for many years now. I love the thrill of never knowing what is going to be rushing through the door each night. It is in those critical situations that I truly feel my love for animals shines best.

I took in my first bottle baby in 2015. I knew then that this is what I wanted to do with my life. As my intake of babies increased, I decided it was time to take it to the next level. I wanted to put my medical skills to work by focusing on special needs babies.  I created 'The Bottle Brigade' to give special needs/medical  babies that would otherwise be euthanized, a fighting chance.
